Meet the Author
Odale Cress has worked her way around the world for decades, doing odd jobs and learning languages, including the language of food and foodways. Her MA, acquired later in life, is centered on Culinary Anthropology.
This book grew out of her thesis, “Food is a Language; Cuisine is a Dialect.”
